On Boarding Overview

Instead of writing a blog I thought I would share a great video that our On Boarding participants put together.

Every On Boarding group is asked to present their training experience with the ship community. It is a great way to process all they have learned and to introduce themselves to their fellow crew members. This group decided to make a video and they have done a marvelous job. It gives you some insight into my world and what I am part of here.
